The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened night lights that are not defective may not be eligible for a full refund. Certain products, such as final sale or clearance items, may be marked as non-returnable .
2. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item(s) .
c. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include any provided forms, and ship them to the address we provide.
Please note that customers are typically responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect item shipped) .
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies .

We will refund the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
