This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery procedures for all purchases made from PACIFIC COAST PV LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our goal is to ensure your orders, especially our cozy night lights and home comfort products, are delivered safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (all states except Alaska and Hawaii). Please contact us at info@pacificcoastpv.com for shipping inquiries to Alaska, Hawaii, or other international destinations. We will update this policy as our service areas expand.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Primary carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier and service level for your order will be determined based on your location, the product size/weight, and cost-effectiveness to provide the best value.

Standard Shipping: Our most economical option for most orders, including our night lights.
Expedited Shipping: Faster options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

3. Order Processing Time

Order processing is the time we take to prepare your order for shipment. All times are based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on a business day are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during major sales or holiday periods.

4. Shipping Times & Costs

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs (for international orders) can occur.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

You can modify or cancel your order by contacting us at info@pacificcoastpv.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes if the order has not yet entered the packing/shipping process. We are unable to make changes once the order has been shipped.

6. Returns & Exchanges Shipping Responsibility

For detailed information, please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy. The general guidelines are:

Our Error (Defective/Wrong Item): If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at our expense.
Customer-Initiated Return/Exchange: For returns or exchanges due to preference (e.g., you simply changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item for an exchange.
Please initiate returns within the specified return window and ensure items are unused and in original packaging.

7. Risk of Loss & Title

Ownership of and risk of loss for the products you order passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international orders, any and all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout. We cannot control these charges, and they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or global supply chain disruptions.
