However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate, or that product descriptions are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item .

4. Orders & Payments

a. Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance departments.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs hold-ups, severe weather, natural disasters, or global supply chain disruptions. Risk of loss for products you order passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) .
